Submit artwork - Ways to submit

Sending artwork via email

We can accept artwork of any size via email. However, there may be limitations as to the size of file you can send us. Many companies have an email size limit of between 5-10MB and we’d advise that you check with your IT department first.

Sending artwork via FTP

If it’s convenient for you, we are happy to download artwork from your chosen FTP site. Simply send us your account details, password and the name of the file(s) or folder(s) that you want us to download.

This website is especially designed to enable large files to be sent over the internet. It’s an increasingly popular way to send files up to 100MB in size, after this you can upgrade for a monthly fee. Once your files are uploaded onto, we receive an email notification enabling us to download your files.

Mass Transit

Mass Transit is a Managed File Transfer solution allowing you to connect to our servers (which operate round the clock). We will create a dedicated account, free of charge, and supply you with software that takes less than 5 minutes to install.

You will then be able to upload your files directly to our studio, with no need to zip or stuff files and folders. All the files are compressed (lossless compression techniques) and then transmitted to us in the fastest time possible.

This connection can also be used to send PDF proofs back to you, which might be too large to transmit via email. The Mass Transit accounts can also be used with conventional FTP clients like Cyberduck or Fetch, should you choose to do so.
